I am currently expecting and cannot diet, but as soon as this sweet bean pops out, it’s back to diet and exercise for this family! So each week I will be calculating each meal for both calories and cost. That way, when the time comes, calorie counting should be a cinch!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs cooked shredded chicken
- Tortilla shells
- 1/4 c butter or margarine
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
Directions:
In a skillet, melt butter and saute garlic. Add shredded chicken. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add 1 spoonful of chicken to tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and place in a casserole dish. Repeat. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
