I am currently expecting and cannot diet, but as soon as this sweet bean pops out, it’s back to diet and exercise for this family! So each week I will be calculating each meal for both calories and cost. That way, when the time comes, calorie counting should be a cinch!
Ingredients:
- 4 butterfly pork chops
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tbsp BBQ Sauce
- 5 strips of bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Directions:
Salt and pepper pork chops. Place in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, cook bacon and cool. Brush pork chops with BBQ sauce. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
