I am currently expecting and cannot diet, but as soon as this sweet bean pops out, it’s back to diet and exercise for this family! So each week I will be calculating each meal for both calories and cost. That way, when the time comes, calorie counting should be a cinch!
My Son’s all-time favorite! Better than ice cream to him! This is simply basic spaghetti and the calorie count.
Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 | Jar | Ragu Spaghetti Sauce |
1 | lb | ground beef |
1/2 | box | Spaghetti Noodles |
Directions:
Brown meat. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce. Simmer while noodles boil. In a separate pan, boil water. Add noodles and allow to boil for about 10 minutes or until soft. Serve topped with parmesan cheese, if desired!
