I am currently expecting and cannot diet, but as soon as this sweet bean pops out, it’s back to diet and exercise for this family! So each week I will be calculating each meal for both calories and cost. That way, when the time comes, calorie counting should be a cinch!
I was never given Mamwich growing up, so this is the only way I like my sloppy joes. Some people love them, others hate them. I love them and they are VERY easy and inexpensive!
Sloppy Joes
Ingredients:

2 | c | ketchup |
1 | T | honey mustard (optional) |
1 | T | relish (optional) |
4 | Buns |
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Drain. Add ketchup, mustard, and relish. Mix together and swimmer until. warm.
Serve on buns.
