“Mommy Goals 2010: Create a food journal. I already have a “menu plan” which is everything I cook. Due to a very picky husband, rarely does it change. I want to take each meal and create a calorie count and serving size for each. I am currently expecting and cannot diet, but as soon as this sweet bean pops out, it’s back to diet and exercise for this family!”
