My Favorite Educational Websites

 

Alot of parents do not want to encourage their children to play the computer or video games or watch TV, but I distinctly remember learning my alphabet and numbers from Sesame Street! So, while I do turn the TV off for a good portion of the day, I do allow educational shows. My son is a bit too young for the computer, but as soon as he nails down the talking thing, we will start right in on starfall and writing his name and letters: All activities I get from the computer! Is that the ONLY place I want him to learn…of course not! But in moderation, educational websites can definitely benefit your child!
