One of my 2010 goals is to create a master meal plan of EVERYTHING I cook, and develop a calorie count for each item. My goal is to do this before the baby comes, so as soon as my doctor gives me the clear, I can start dieting and exercising. So here’s my list of meals that my family eats. Yes, it is pretty boring! (I married the most boring eater ever! J ) But it’s what we do! Feel free to use it to develop your own master meal plan! It comes in very handy on nights when you just cant seem to think of anything that sounds good!
